Our expertise in lifting, pulling, handling and PPE allows us to support many customers, particularly in the fields of industry, construction, work at height, roads and various networks, transport, elevator operators, stage and entertainment.

Missions

Under the direction of the Administrative and Purchasing Manager, the candidate will mainly intervene in all of the following areas:

Purchasing Support - Procurement

HR Support

Administrative Support

He/she will have to update the monitoring tables daily, propose ways of improving the tools and methods, classify and reorganize the archives, ensure the link with the headquarters teams, report on his/her activity


Experience & Skills

Training >Bac +2 and/or Approved and proven experience

Mastery of OFFICE Pack (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Management of a commercial management tool

Writing quality, flexibility, patient, (stubborn perfectionist gets to the bottom of things), prioritize tasks, resist pressure

Negotiation skills

Languages: French + other appreciated
