SOCIAL & ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Concerned about environmental protection, Groupe Godet is committed to a strong CSR policy. From reducing CO2 emissions and preserving resources to paying attention to our employees and customers. Our commitments are reflected in particular by more efficient approaches in the manufacturing process as well as in the vigilance of the choice of our suppliers.

Since 2010, our Burgundy factory has been equipped with more than 2000m² of solar panels. And we are working to expand our fleet.

To pursue this environmental commitment, we favor a hybrid and electric vehicle fleet for our employees rather than more polluting gasoline or diesel vehicles.

We have also set up electric charging stations on our sites to promote the use of clean vehicles.

The GODET Group is constantly working to reduce production waste. Many partners allow us to recycle and reuse production and operating residues.

We are investing heavily in reducing musculoskeletal disorders in the company, for example by integrating robots and production automation.

Invested in the energy transition and the preservation of resources for the benefit of our future generations, we strive and will continue to implement a responsible policy in terms of production and use of resources.

As for gender parity in the company, we can show, for example, an equivalent proportion of managers in the company: the population of managers among men (27.5%) and women (26%) in the company.
