A leading BtoB industrial SME and French manufacturer in ropemaking, lifting, complex pulling and specialized handling; we are spread over 3 industrial production sites, producing and distributing our products to all our customers in France and abroad.

Our products and services cover a multitude of sectors of activity. Our expertise in lifting, pulling, handling and PPE allows us to support many customers, particularly in the fields of industry, construction, work at height, roads and various networks, transport, elevator operators, stage and entertainment.

Missions

Supply Management (60%):

Manage a supplier portfolio

Ensure stock availability, while maintaining good stock rotation

Animation of critical suppliers through regular points

Trigger supplier orders (proactive and reactive) and imports

Monitor A/R and follow up with suppliers if necessary

Manage troubleshooting if necessary

Update logistics parameters

Manage disputes and non-conformities

Monitor compliance of purchases vs. invoices

Analysis and Process (40%):

Perform quantitative analyses and evaluate supply chain data, processes and networks;

Manage supply chain KPIs (stock, availability, service rates, etc.)

Group and analyze data collected through different tools and software

Contribute to the continued development of process optimization. Lead the procurement team and the cross-functionality of the cross-functional activity

Experience & Skills

Training Bac +3/+4/+5 in logistics management / supply chain / transport

>5 years of experience in a similar field

Languages: Fluent English and French essential, others welcome

You have a good command of IT tools, an ERP type SAGE/SAP, office software (Excel, BI, etc.)
