SME Industrial Leader BtoB and French manufacturer in ropemaking, lifting, complex pulling and specialized handling; we are spread over 3 industrial production sites, producing and distributing our products to all our customers in France and abroad.

Our products and services cover a multitude of sectors of activity. Our expertise in lifting, pulling, handling and PPE allows us to support many customers, particularly in the fields of industry, construction, work at height, roads and various networks, transport, elevator operators, stage and entertainment.

Missions

Reporting to the Sales Director, your mission is to conquer and develop our market shares on the prescription of various products and solutions. Depending on the type of customer visited, you will be required to develop product and service ranges, support the customer in establishing their specifications, and be a prescriber of solutions. The variety of contacts (buyer, site manager, technical director, etc.) and that of our customers' activity requires you to have a flawless organization. Our business is governed by standards and our watchword is safety. As such, your missions are to:

- Promote and develop the group's products and services.

- Develop and retain the customer portfolio according to the established commercial policy

- Sell and promote our products and services to our customers

- Advise customers and provide them with a high level of satisfaction

- Develop service offers

- Negotiate prices and deadlines

- Manage customer relations and loyalty as well as the transversality of the offer

- Be a force for proposals on range developments

- Report on your weekly activity


Experience & Skills

· Training >Bac +2 and/or Approved and proven commercial experience

· Mastery of OFFICE Pack (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

· Management of a CRM tool

· Writing quality, Good communicator, enthusiasm, dynamic and flexibility

· Languages: French + other welcome
